Refunds are granted only for items that arrive defective. We do not offer refunds for items lost, damaged during shipping, or due to a change of mind. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

We do not take responsibility for any jewelry lost or damaged during shipping. Each order will receive a tracking number.
